I’m not sure that I wanted to know that.

Beyond that tidbit that comes towards the end, this interview with James Bagian has some interesting thoughts on the culture of making errors in the medical profession.

Also, this guy is, like, a kindergarten career day dream guest: he’s an anesthesiologist engineer astronaut pilot mountain-climber parachutist.
